POWER OF ATTORNEY
You will use a Power of Attorney to authorise another person to make important decisions on your behalf. This could be for a number of reasons, including that you are no longer able to or simply do not wish to make decisions yourself. This could involve situations such as business decisions, finance or some other important matter needing your personal decision.
At Eagles Solicitors, our staff are qualified and experienced to advise and guide you all the way to granting, in writing, a lasting power of attorney.
Our staff are also qualified and experienced to help you certify copies of all sorts of documents. Whenever in need, please do contact our front desk, for this service.
Finally, we will also witness you take oaths.
